General Tips
Below are a couple of tips that will help you receive a better search experience!
To experience better results, provide an example of what you want to find directly in your query.
A good query: Find sessions where the user changes topics abruptly by saying “Stop talking about that” or a similar phrase
Using objective statements in your search query yield more accurate results. For example, in the query, “Find sessions where the user makes a funny joke to the chatbot,” “funny” is quite subjective!
A good query: Find sessions where user tries to make a chatbot laugh
Affirmative statements involving specific content you wish to find yield better search results.
A good query: Find sessions where the user talks about Marvel movies
